Co-ordinator Sales Controlling Senior
The Senior Coordinator will execute on a variety of tasks, some of which surpass routine, in the analysis and preparation of data for sales planning and controlling of a national market.
The tasks will be performed in a self-governing manner and may encompass: support for monthly, semi-annual and annual balances as well as for budget and forecast planning, producing turnover and sales analyses and designated reports, the administration of allocated budgets (i.e. advertising funds) and the preparation and initiation of reserves.
Furthermore, his tasks may include the administration of demo inventory, the calculation of forecast figures and base data for sales commissions, maintenance and further development of databases relevant to sales as well as producing statistic reports to public institutions.
He may be required to take charge of allocated tasks within the scope of order processing and procurement, such as the input and processing of orders including the review of invoices, checking customer debits and writing credit notes as well as the calculation of bonus credit notes for dealers.
He will independently process procedures that may surpass routine tasks. He may be required to take over the coordination between the Division and ABC within the scope of process modification and introductory training of users.
The tasks will be performed in an independent manner. He will coordinate methods for more complex tasks with his superior. General guidance will include periodic review of principle tasks.
Vocational commercial training with several years of professional experience.
More than 5 years. in an international sales organization of High Tech industry or in an agency, of which 1 to 2 years journalistic including MarCom activities or Web / e-Business activities.
