National Sales Manager Nordics ABC EMEA

The Sales Manager will be responsible for the independent support and expansion of sales of Computer Systems through retailers, expert markets and distributors and/or mostly independent support and expansion of key account business within a Nordic country.

Beyond this, he will be responsible for the coordination of business planning and administration in his country.

He will plan the sales strategy for Scandinavia and produce concepts for the implementation of sales goals in close collaboration with the people responsible for cross-national coordination of retail and distributor business as well as with the local Account Manager, and based on the business plan.

He will assume the responsibilities of an Account Manager (direct / indirect) and will be in charge of achieving the sales goals of his business.

He will assume the coordination of cross-functional tasks such as the local consolidation of budget, forecast and PSI planning, the function of local point of contact for the press, the planning and coordination of marketing activities as well as the local implementation and achievement of designated goals and processes, all within the scope of his country responsibilities.

The tasks will be performed in an independent manner. He will coordinate methods for highly complex tasks and topics with greater influence with his superior. General guidance will include periodic review of principle tasks.

Education

A university or college degree in business administration or in a technical field of study.

Experience

More than 5 years in an international sales organization of IT industry.
