Head Nordics CS EMEA
The Head of Section will have the operative responsibility for the sales of Computer Systems in the Scandinavian markets.
He will perform business planning and the sales strategy for his area based on continuous market monitoring and analysis and in coordination with his superior and will produce concepts for the implementation of goal achievement activities.
He will be responsible of achieving the sales goals of his area and will monitor these in designated periods of time.
He will maintain the support of the key accounts as well as active support of individual distributors, resellers and retailers in planning and implementation of their sales and marketing strategies with the aim of reinforcing and expanding market positions.
He will support sales activities through personal contact at managing director level. Furthermore, he will have the responsibility for the planning and procurement as well as for sales administration.
In addition, he will maintain administrative and functional operations of the Country A, Country B, Country C and Country D business units.
Staff reporting to him will be managed by objectives. He will ensure their systematic further development of skills.
The holder of this position will be required to demonstrate a high degree self-management and - reflection. Reporting to his superior will be governed by guideline objectives. Company-specific programs and goals will be discussed periodically and decided upon together with his superior.
His activities and decisions have a major impact on company sales policies and signpost the company's direction of development.
A university or college degree in business administration or in a technical field of study.
More than eight years in an international sales organization of IT industry.
