The Head Manager will have the responsibility for the sales of Computer Systems through channel partners on the Country market. Based on market and competition analyses and in coordination with his superior will he plan the sales strategy for his area and will produce strategies and business plans for the implementation of the sales goals.

He will be responsible for the achievement of sales goals in his area and will monitor goal achievement degrees in defined periods of time.

He will ensure the support for existing customers and facilitate their sales development with the aim of maintaining and expanding market positions. He will be responsible for the closure of frame contracts with sales partners and for pro-active sales support for partners through test positioning, training and promotion. This will also include involving Marketing and Technology and the coordination and support of administrative order processing.

Staff reporting to him will be managed based on objectives. He will decide on measures for the improvement of their technological and social skills together with his staff, and will ensure transfer of such to daily routines.

Management by his superior will be determined by defined principles and guidelines. Current programs and goals will be coordinated and decided upon periodically with his superior, whereby the Head Manager will have freedom of decision in work flow and methods.


Vocational commercial or technical training including further professional education and several years of professional experience.


More that 5 years in an international sales organization of High Tech industry.
