Specialist Direct Marketing & Campaigns ABC EMEA

The Specialist Direct Marketing will be responsible for mostly independent performance of tasks in developing and coordinating direct marketing campaigns for Computer Systems in the region of EMEA (Europe, Middle East, Africa).


He initiate project plans for centrally processed or supported direct marketing campaigns and will coordinate contributing parties in concern to the supply of data and content, data updates, campaign launch and project follow-up.

He will monitor and follow-up on the projects, take charge of documentation and project status reporting. He will analyse and document campaign results and will perform bench marking with comparable internal and external programs and strategies.

He will identify philosophies and approaches for direct marketing as well as new methods for customer targeting, customer segmentation and messaging. Based thereupon will he conceive new direct marketing strategies in cooperation with external consultants and will produce country-specific program modules.

He will be in charge of providing for the data required by European Direct Marketing and will be the point of contact for issues concerning subject matters of CRM instruments and processes. Furthermore, he will take charge of the e-business and CRM marketing activities for the CS Country X Division.

This will include defining, coordinating and implementing Company-specific e-marketing campaigns and projects, coordinating the maintenance and operation of the local website with the European e-Business Team. Furthermore, he will provide consultancy to the European CRM team in respect to the ABC Project in issues of organization, technology and data preparation, plans for and supply of training as well as concerning change management activities.

The tasks will be performed in a mostly independent manner. Methods for more complex tasks will be coordinated with his superior. Work results will be reviewed on a regular basis.


A university or college degree in business administration, preferably majoring in marketing.


3 to 5 years in an international sales organization of High Tech industry.
