Senior Expert Channel Development ABC XY
The Senior Expert will have the responsibility for the acquisition of new business and solution partners on the Country market. He will produce the business plan for his area and strategies for the implementation of sales goals in coordination with his superior.
He will analyze market and competition positions, raise demand and potential for each sales region and will produce acquisition planning.
He will manage the entire process of partner acquisition, from first contact through the preparation of cooperation modalities, presentations, contract preparation and negotiations to contract closure and certification. He will inform internal areas on cooperation parameters, will introduce the Account Manager to the new sales partner and transfer the sales partner to the Account Manager.
He will develop processes for the optimization of informational exchange between new partners and ABC XY. Furthermore, the support of specified Key Accounts may be allocated to him.
Management by his superior will be determined by defined principles and guidelines. Current programs and goals will be coordinated and decided upon periodically with his superior, whereby the Senior Expert will have freedom of decision in work flow and methods.
Education
A university or college degree in business administration or in a technical field of study.
Experience
More that 5 years in an international sales organization of High Tech industry.
