Sales Assistant Back Office ABC XY
The Sales Assistant will perform a variety of tasks in the administrative support of sales and in the processing of order for Computer Systems on the German market. This will include telephone service and correspondence, producing presentation materials as well as maintaining various databases.
He will be the internal point of contact for customers and the sales team, and will take over the processing or further dispatch and follow-up of inquiries.
He will take over the support of field sales staff, i.e. for processing offers and through the preparation and processing of public bids, for the preparation and organization in sales promotions and events, and will be a member of the booth team at trade fairs.
Furthermore, his tasks will include the acceptance and input of incoming orders based on designated procedures, monitoring of order statuses, processing of reprimands, issuance of credit notes as well as checking and clarifying notes of deviation. Beyond that, he will take charge of producing defined reports and statistics.
The tasks will be performed in a mostly independent manner. Processes beyond standard procedures will be coordinated with his superior. Work results will be reviewed on a regular basis.
Education
Vocational commercial training.
Experience
3 to 5 years, preferably in a sales organization.
