Specialist Programme Management Solutions CS EMEAThe Specialist will be in charge of mostly independent activities for the development and market implementation for new solutions for Computer Systems in the sales region EMEA (Europe, Middle East, Africa).
This will include the implementation of defined business plans which are developed and decided upon by product management, or are done so in collaboration with product management.
He will manage trans-functional project groups for the realization of new solutions, will negotiate with cooperation partners, will organize and coordinate field tests for reviewing the concepts and will revise the business plans in collaboration with the responsible people in product management, if the need be.
He will take charge of defining, documenting and communicating the processes and flow together with the project group and will produce plans for the launch of the solutions.
He will be in charge of the transfer of new solutions to the responsible people in product management.
Furthermore, he will be in charge of identifying, developing and market implementation of non-product management solutions programs at Pan-European level.
This will include the identification of profitable new solutions which correspond to Toshiba strategies and aims together with his superior. He will identify appropriate partners, prepare business plans for new co operations for decision-making by Management and will produce suggestions for contractual agreements.
He will take charge of the planning and organization of tasks and resources for the realization of passed solution programs and the implementation and introduction of validated solutions. He will be in charge establishing and coordinating pan-functional information exchange within Toshiba.
The tasks will be performed in a mostly independent manner. Methods for more complex tasks will be coordinated with his superior. Work results will be reviewed on a regular basis.
A university or college degree in a field of economics or in engineering including business administration (economics engineering, MBA or similar) or in economics computer science.
3 to 5 years in an international sales organization of High Tech industry.
