The clerk will perform allocated administrative routine tasks within Service.

This will include viewing and disseminating inbound mail, processing written and telephone communication with European Headquarters, international production sites, dealers and customers in German, English, French and Italian languages, independent processing of routine customer inquiries (i.e. concerning repairs, contract party repair shops, warranty applications, goodwill applications) as well as the collection and calculation of repair orders.

Furthermore, he will be in charge of the application processes for the registration of new devices based on guidelines.

He will review and pass goodwill applications within defined guidelines and will monitor the accounting of credit notes for repair processes.

In addition he will take charge of providing for departmental statistics and entering the data for new customers into the database.

The tasks will be performed in a mostly independent manner. Methods for more complex tasks will be coordinated with his superior. Work results will be reviewed on a regular basis.

Education

Vocational commercial training.

Experience

3 to 5 years.
