The Head will have the responsibility rd party service providers. He will maintain technical counsel and service partner support for dealers and key accounts at installation and repair, and will monitor service partner service quality.

He will define warranty terms / service guidelines, monitor warranty and service costs and will be responsible for the conception and implementation of cost reduction measures as well as for the alleviation of quality issues.

He will be responsible for determining spares pricing and decides on fair dealing applications.

He will maintain the exchange of information with the Service Parts Department with an aim of achieving optimal spare parts supply for the German and Austrian market, and will coordinate the optimization of throughput time with Central Repair.

He will support Sales, Marketing and Service Marketing in all affairs relevant to service. He will monitor the service strategies of our competition and will develop concepts and strategies for Support and for new service deliverables.

Furthermore, will he take over the documentation of processes within the scope of ISO certification.

Staff reporting to him will be managed based on objectives. He will decide on measures for the improvement of their technological and social skills together with his staff, and will ensure its transfer to daily routines.

 

Management by his superior will be determined by defined principles and guidelines. Current programs and goals will be coordinated and decided upon with his superior, whereby the Head of Section will have freedom of decision in work flow and methods.

Education

A university or college degree in engineering majoring in electronic data processing..

Experience

More that 5 years in an international sales organization of High Tech industry
