Product/Customer Support Specialist ABC Junior
The Junior Support Specialist will be in charge of tasks in product evaluations and technical support of outsourced hotline services for ABC products within narrow guidelines in European countries.
He will take charge of partial tasks in executing and documenting testing procedures.
He may be required to support external hotline support staff in solving uncomplicated technical issues and partial tasks in the preparation and conducting of trainings for hotline staff. He will contribute to the technical support of specified customers under guidance and in close cooperation with an experienced peer. He will assume partial tasks in maintaining databases relevant to support activities.
The tasks are mostly structured and will be achieved based on guidelines. He will be guided in producing suggestions for exceptional tasks that surpass existing guidelines, and will implement such in coordination with his superior.
Education
A university or college degree in a technical field of study majoring in computer science.
Experience
Less than 3 years, preferably in an international sales organization of High Tech industry.
