Business Developer B2B CSThe Business Developer will be responsible for mostly independent activities in planning, developing and implementing the strategy for B2B business in the European markets for Computer Systems.
He will find and document European market demand and potentials and, derived from the findings, develop a business plan which he will implement in close coordination with Toshiba organizations and TEG Distributor Business.
He will be in charge of constant monitoring and analysis of the sales results of Toshiba organizations, of the market situation and trends as well as of competition activities on the European B2B market, which could lead to his initiating and implementing countermeasures.
He will pro-actively contribute to the preparation of materials for making decisions in procurement and sales planning (PSI) and to the planning of solutions and options for the B2B market. He will attend regular meetings with regional managers and determine the status of business, and prepare reports for Management.
Furthermore, his area of tasks will include identifying, expanding and maintaining contacts to European opinion leaders.
He will be in charge of pro-actively providing information concerning product, pricing and deliverability demand for Product Marketing as decisional bases for future product planning. In addition, he will support the European Toshiba organizations and business partners in staging events and meetings, i.e. with presentations and lectures.
The tasks will be performed in a mostly independent manner. Methods for more complex tasks will be coordinated with his superior. Work results will be monitored on a regular basis.
A university or college degree in business administration or in engineering for business administration (economic engineer, MBA or similar) or in computer sciences for economics.
3 to 5 years in an international sales organization of High Tech industry.
