Head Sales & Marketing PVP CP/PVP

The Head will have the responsibility for Marketing and Sales of Professional Visual Products (data and video projectors, plasma screens) through distributors in the European markets. He will be responsible for Marketing Planning, for the activities of Product Management and for sales.

He will be in control of market and competition analysis, product positioning, advertising, providing for sales collaterals and press announcements, direct marketing activities and for organizing sales promotions etc.

He will make the principle contribution to Product Planning, will be responsible for sales forecasting and for achieving sales goals, will monitor sales goals in defined terms.

He will ensure distributor support with the aim of maintaining and expanding the market position. He will coordinate PVP business in Italy, Spain and Switzerland with corresponding Toshiba organizations and will provide for the planning of product launches of PVP products in new sales areas (East Europe, Middle East, Africa).

Furthermore, will he have the responsibility for sales administration and will maintain timely administrative and customer-adapted processing of all orders.

Staff reporting to him will be managed based on objectives. He will decide on measures for the improvement of their technological and social skills together with his staff, and will ensure its transfer to daily routines.

Management by his superior will be determined by defined principles and guidelines. Current programs and goals will be coordinated and decided upon with his superior, whereby the Head of Section will have freedom of decision in work flow and methods.


A university or college degree in business administration, majoring in marketing, if given.


More that 5 years in an international sales organization of High Tech industry.
