Head European Sales SDD

The Head will have total responsibility for the development and implementation of sales strategies for Storage Device Products in European markets. Strategic adjustment and formation will be jointly decided upon with the General Manager.

The Head will ensure that activities and measures derived there from lead to short term sales activities demonstrating highest possible economic success.

Such derivatives will guarantee and expand market positions on a long term basis.

He will be responsible for putting an optimal sales organization into place as well as for the planning, control and monitoring of field sales activities that lead to optimal exploitation of market potential.

He will ensure the support and service of existing accounts as well as the acquisition of new distributors, multi-national key accounts, system integrators and OEM orders.

He himself will realize contacts to key accounts and will support Sales and Marketing in supporting accounts by performing customer contacts and in negotiations.

Staff reporting to him will be managed by objectives. He will ensure their systematic further development of skills.

The holder of this position will be required to demonstrate a high degree self-management and - reflection. Reporting to his superior will be governed by guideline objectives. Division-specific programs and goals will be discussed periodically and decided upon together with his superior.

His activities and decisions have a major impact on company sales policies and signpost the division's direction of development.

Education

A university or college degree in business administration or in a technical field of science.

Experience

More than 8 years in an international sales organization of High Tech industry
