Head Strategic Sales/Back Office CS GOThe Head will have the responsibility for planning and development of sales and strategic account strategies as well as for the management of the Back Office Team in the German and Austrian market. This will encompass independent development of a business plan for Computer Systems.
He will contribute to the implementation of such business plan under coordination with the Head of Sales and the General Manager, and will adapt and further develop the business plan in regular periods of time.
He will actively support the Head of Sales, i.e. by forming and implementing discount and pricing policies, contracts for individual sales channels, with preparation of sales goals for the sales area and for sales partners, in supporting sales partners (at executive level) and in budget and forecast planning.
He will produce new concepts and strategies and will further develop existing ones., i.e. for pan-national sales within the European Union (adaptation of sales organizations, harmonization of Terms & Conditions etc.). He will contribute to the implementation of channel marketing and in forming incentive programs and in staging events, all in close cooperation with Marketing.
He will be responsible for the further development and standardization of internal reporting structures and for defining the requirements of IT. Within his responsibility for the Back Office will he ensure support of field sales staff in the coordination and processing of administrative tasks and in supporting retail partners.
This will include the development and implementation of new Back Office strategies with an aim toward increasing the efficiency of field sales.
Staff reporting to him will be managed based on objectives. He will decide on measures for the improvement of their technological and social skills together with his staff, and will ensure its transfer to daily routines.
Management by his superior will be determined by defined principles and guidelines. Current programs and goals will be coordinated and decided upon with his superior in regular periods, whereby the Head of Section will have freedom of decision in work flow and methods.
A university or college degree in business administration or in a technical field of science.
More that 5 years in an international sales organization of High Tech industry.
