Business Developer/Product Manager Options CS SeniorThe holder of this position will be responsible of independently performing activities for the initiation, development and product marketing for Peripheral Devices / Accessories of handhelds, notebooks, desktops and servers the European countries.
He will analyse European market and customer demand and independently derive suggestions for future product offerings from his findings.
He will be responsible for identifying new business areas and for the preparation of contractual agreements with external suppliers up to decision readiness.
He will produce business plans and will make the principle contribution to preparation of decision-ready materials for European pricing and for procurement and sales planning (PSI). Furthermore, his area of tasks will include the preparation of information relevant to products and sales as well as the preparation of competition analyses including self-reliant processing of such for argumentation collateral for Sales.
He will decide on the delivery of test devices prior to series production and will analyse test results. In addition thereto will be the communication with Product Planning and Product Management Departments of Japanese Headquarters as well as German production sites with an aim to solving product-relevant issues.
He will be in charge of supporting European Toshiba organizations and business partners (marketing, sales departments) in staging events and meetings, i.e. with presentations and lectures.
The tasks will be performed in an independent manner. He will coordinate content and methods for highly complex tasks and topics with intense influence with his superior. General guidance will include periodic review of principle tasks.
A university or college degree in business administration majoring in marketing or electronic data processing.
More than 5 years in an international sales organization of High Tech industry of which at least 2 years of experience in marketing for peripheral devices / accessories
