Senior Expert Strategic Marketing and Channel Management CS EMEA

The Senior Expert will have the responsibility for the development and coordination of channel-related marketing strategies and programs for Computer Systems in the sales region of EMEA (Europe, Middle East, Africa). This refers to distribution, resellers, retailers and channel sales.

He will produce suggestions for strategies and programs, which he will implement and coordinate under consultation with the General Manager and international Toshiba organizations.

These will be aimed at achieving synergy effects and ensuring efficient business partner support. He will perform on solutions of acute technical and commercial issues, in the optimization of business processes as well as in the harmonization of the General Terms and Conditions together with regional sales teams and international channel partners.

He will initiate VOC activities ('Voice of Customer') with the aim of investigating demand changes, will deploy further market research instruments for the analysis of Best-in-Class performance and will, based thereupon, derive suggestions for future business strategies for TEG Management as well as for Japanese headquarters.

He will realize contacts with top management of channel partners and will support local sales in servicing customers through management of relationships and negotiations as well as through the implementation of defined programs.

Management by his superior will be determined by defined principles and guidelines. Current programs and goals will be coordinated and decided upon with his superior on a regular basis, whereby the Senior Expert will have freedom of decision in work flow and methods.


A university or college degree in business administration or engineering.


More that 5 years in an international sales organization of High Tech industry.
