Head Business Planning & Operations Distributor Business CSThe Head will have the responsibility for Finance Controlling, Business Planning, Order Processing and Production Planning, for the Sales-Back-Office and for Process-Re-engineering projects in the European distributor markets for Computer Systems.
This will include planning and analysis of sales and financial goals (turnover, costs, margin, prices) and, derived there from, will he make decisions, initiate corrective measures and provide for counsel to Management.
He will take over the coordination of other areas. He will maintain the planning and monitoring of production charges and the processing of all orders, starting from order entry to dispatch to invoicing.
Furthermore, will he maintain Business Analysis and Business Planning and, based on those results, will determine the business development of the distributors in goal agreement meetings.
In smaller European countries, he will be responsible for the achievement of sales goals and for distributor support in planning and monitoring and for providing standard methods.
Furthermore, his area of tasks will include the analysis and optimization of existing internal processes and of processes between TEG and the distributors. In addition, he will initiate projects within the scope of quality improvement programs.
Staff reporting to him will be managed based on objectives. He will decide on measures for the improvement of their technological and social skills together with his staff, and will ensure its transfer to daily routines.
Management by his superior will be determined by defined principles and guidelines. Current programs and goals will be coordinated and decided upon with his superior, whereby the Head of Section will have freedom of decision in work flow and methods.
A university or college degree in an economic field of science, preferably with an MBA in international business administration.
More that 5 years in an international sales organization of High Tech industry.
