Head Channel & End User Marketing CS GAThe Head will have the responsibility for marketing activities for channel sales of Computer Systems in the German and Austrian markets. He will derive entire marketing activities from company and BU goals as well as from within the determined budget.
He will produce concepts and strategies for the implementation of the marketing and sales goals and will coordinate these with the Marketing Director and with the Managing Director.
He will be responsible for consequent achievement and coordination of marketing activities and for the Controlling of the marketing budget.
This will include the achievement of end customer specific communication tasks and managing brands, support of press tasks and the responsibility for all dialogue marketing tasks.
Furthermore, his area of responsibility will encompass managing the Internet and Extranet presence, achievement of eSelling turnover goals and planning and concept production of fairs and events.
Additionally, he will be responsible for sell-out management, marketing-based channel sales support and for producing concepts for sales promotion and customer loyalty measures.
Staff reporting to him will be managed based on objectives. He will decide on measures for the improvement of their technological and social skills together with his staff, and will ensure transfer of such to daily routines.
Management by his superior will be governed by defined principles and guidelines. Current programs and goals will be coordinated and decided upon with his superior, whereby the Head of Section will have freedom of decision in work flow and methods.
A university or college degree in business administration, majoring in marketing.
More that 5 years in an international sales organization of High Tech industry.
