Head Business Development Servers Country Office AB

The Head of Office will have the responsibility for Marketing and Sales Support for PC-based servers on the Country market.

He will be responsible for the production and implementation of marketing and business unit strategies for the product line Servers with a central focus on 'Wireless Solutions', which will include product management and marketing.

He will coordinate sales strategies for servers together with his superior and will produce strategies for their implementation.

His area of responsibility will include the acquisition of new cooperation partners and customers as well as acquisition and support of system dealers within the scope of the existing Solutions Partner Program.

He will take over the coordination of Channel and Solutions Sales development for server business at decision-making level as well as for Service and Support.

He will be responsible for the communication of existing solutions and projects to Sales and customers.

Staff reporting to him will be managed based on objectives. He will decide on measures for the improvement of their technological and social skills together with his staff, and will ensure transfer of such to daily routines.

Management by his superior will be determined by defined principles and guidelines. Current programs and goals will be coordinated regularly and decided upon with his superior, whereby the Head of Office will have freedom of decision in work flow and methods.

Education

A university or college degree in business administration or in engineering majoring in marketing or in IT.

Experience

More that 5 years in an international sales organization of High Tech industry.
