Sales Co-ordinator Distributor Business ABC EMEA Senior
The Senior Co-ordinator will be responsible for independently supporting Sales in specified countries of the EMEA (Europe, Middle East, Africa) sales region for the distributor business with Computer Systems. This will include supporting distributors and coordinating and processing administrative tasks.
He will be the internal point of contact for distributors and will take charge of the processing or dissemination and coordination of inquiries.
He will correspondingly be independent in handling inquiries and reprimands that surpass routine, or independently decide on further technical processing of such. He will be in charge of tele-sales to distributors.
He will coordinate inquiries for the pricing in projects, for internal customer credit affairs as well as for events aimed at the implementation of Company marketing strategies.
He will ensure timely distributor sales forecasting and review the data as to factual validity.
He will be responsible for the maintenance of the data of information systems and regular reporting to management.
The tasks will be performed in an independent manner. He will coordinate methods for more complex tasks with his superior. General guidance will include periodic review of principle tasks.
Education
Vocational commercial training with several years of business experience.
Experience
More than 5 years; preferably in an international sales organization.
