Head PSI Planning & Operations / XY Distributor Business
The Head of Section will have the operative responsibility for PSI planning as well as for order processing and the Sales-Back-Office in Distributor Business for Computer Systems in the sales region EMEA (Europe, Middle East, Africa).
This will include long-term planning of the production output of notebooks and their required language versions.
Planning will be performed based on product strategy, turnover goals and forecasts with an aim of optimized stocking and product availability.He will be responsible for the supervision of stock levels of notebooks and options at the German production site. He will maintain administrative, customer-oriented and timely processing of all orders, from order entry through dispatch to invoicing.
He will be responsible for the coordination of built-to-order / customized-to-order production and for short-term adaptation of production planning to current demand. Furthermore, he will maintain administrative support of the regional sales offices and distributors, i.e. in invoicing and credits, in logistics and in forecast planning.
He will produce risk analyses concerning product availability within the scope of PSI planning and will provide for suggested management solutions and corrective measures. He will conduct the monthly PSI Meetings of the functional area and will be the division's representative in pan-national PSI Meetings. Additionally, he will assume the responsibility for the implementation and maintenance of the ERP and SCM systems, for the implementation of corresponding work flow as well as for the training and guidance of his staff.
Staff reporting to him will be managed based on objectives. He will decide on measures for the improvement of their technological and social skills together with his staff, and will ensure its transfer to daily routines.Management by his superior will be determined by defined principles and guidelines. Current programs and goals will be periodically coordinated and decided upon with his superior, whereby the Head of Section will have freedom of decision in work flow and methods.

Experience
More that 5 years in an international sales organization of High Tech industry.
