Expert Operations & Planning Nordics
The Expert will be responsible for the planning, procurement, order processing, cost control and for the administrative and functional processes of the business unit in the area of Computer Systems for the Scandinavian countries.
He will maintain customer-oriented and timely processing of all orders in collaboration with HQ (order entry, invoices, credit notes, monitoring of credibility, deadline monitoring etc.).
He will maintain continuous monitoring of production and delivery plans of Company owned production sites and third party suppliers, and will initiate corrective action with the aim of achieving optimal storage management and product availability.
He will be in charge of informing internal organizations on changes in product availability and on delivery bottlenecks. Furthermore, he will take charge of the analysis and optimization of work flow and information flow, and will monitor the compliance of all internal procedures to corresponding EU guidelines.
In addition, his area of tasks will include the analysis of the break-even and cost status of the business unit, contribution to the planning of forecasts, cost controlling and producing suggestions for the optimization of costs.
The tasks will be performed in an independent manner. He will coordinate methods for complex tasks with his superior. General guidance will include periodic review of principle tasks.
Education
A university or college degree in business administration majoring in marketing, or vocational commercial training with subsequent experience of several years.
Experience
More than 5 years in an international sales organization of High Tech industry.
