Head Sales ABC
The Head of Sales ABC will have the operative responsibility for the sales of Projection & Display-Technology (ABC) products through distributors in the region of EMEA (Europe, Middle East, Africa).
He will plan the sales strategy for his area and produce concepts for the achievement of sales goals in coordination with his superior.He will be responsible for the achievement of the sales goals of his area and will monitor goal achievement on a regular timely basis.
He will maintain active support of distributors in the planning and implementation of their sales and marketing strategies with an aim to reinforcing and expanding market position.He will support distributor sales activities through personal contact at managing director level. He will monitor price development based on market and competition analysis and will produce suggestions for pricing tactics.
He will support and monitor ABC business of the Company organizations in designated European countries. Furthermore, he will be responsible for sales administration and will maintain administrative and customer-oriented processing of all orders.Staff reporting to him will be managed based on objectives. He will decide on measures for the improvement of their technological and social skills together with his staff, and will ensure transfer of such to daily routines.
Management by his superior will be determined by defined principles and guidelines. Current programs and goals will be coordinated periodically and decided upon with his superior, whereby the Head of Section will have freedom of decision in work flow and methods.
Education
A university or college degree in business administration or in a technical field of study.
Experience
More that 5 years in an international sales organization of IT industry.
