Sales Assistant Back Office ABC XY Senior
The Senior Sales Assistant will perform a variety of tasks that may also surpass routine in the administrative support of sales and in the processing of order for Computer Systems on the German market in a self-governing manner.
This will include telephone service and correspondence, producing presentation materials as well as maintaining various databases.
He will be the internal point of contact for customers and the sales team, and will take over the processing, further dispatch and follow-up of inquiries. He will process inquiries and reprimands that may also surpass routine in a self-governing manner, or will independently decide on business-specific further dispatch.
He will responsibly take over the support of field sales staff, i.e. for processing offers and through the preparation and processing of public bids, for the preparation, organization and participation in sales promotions, trade fairs and events.
Furthermore, his tasks will include self-governing acceptance and input of incoming orders, monitoring of order statuses, processing of reprimands, issuance of credit notes as well as checking and clarifying notes of deviation.
Beyond that, he may be responsible for self-governing production of defined reports and statistics and being the technical point of contact for less experienced peers in certain technical issues.
The tasks will be performed in an independent manner. He will coordinate methods for more complex tasks with his superior. General guidance will include periodic review of principle tasks.
Education
Vocational commercial training.
Experience
More than 5 years, preferably in a sales organization.
