Sales Assistant Back Office Country Office

The Sales Assistant will perform allocated routine tasks in the processing of orders and in the administrative support of sales for Computer Systems on the Country market.

This will include acceptance and entry of inbound orders based on defined procedures, checking of availability and reservation of products, issuance of the delivery note to the customer, confirmation from finance department concerning possible payment liabilities / risk, issuance of credit notes and post-debit notes, checking invoices and monitoring delivery dates.

He will be in charge of producing defined reports and statistics.

Furthermore, he will be the point of contact for the distributors and the sales team and will take over the processing or dissemination of and post-processing of inquiries. In addition, he will be in charge of data maintenance of the information systems.

The tasks will be performed in a mostly independent manner. Tasks surpassing standard procedures will be coordinated with his superior. Work results will be reviewed on a regular basis.

Education

Vocational commercial training.

Experience

2 - 4 years; preferably in a sales organization.
