Service Technician Country Office AB

The Technician will be responsible for carrying out mostly independent repairs internally in the area of Computer System in the Country Market.

This will include replenishing devices according to standard procedures, meaning testing and exchange of modules and expansions and repairing dysfunctional modules.

He will write forward cost appraisals for repairs outside of warranty and will check possible warranty services based on defined guidelines.

He will be in charge of the documentation of all error occurrences, quality issues and repairs in the appropriate systems and will provide for support in supplying to service customer inquiries.

The tasks will be performed in a mostly independent manner. Methods for more complex tasks will be coordinated with his superior. Work results will be reviewed on a regular basis.

Education

Vocational training in electronics( i.e. as a communications electrician or information electrician).

Experience

3 to 5 years in an international sales organization of High Tech industry.
